Miami is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Miami follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I had a wonderful experience at this French bakery! Everything tasted fresh and authentic, from the flaky, buttery croissant to the beautifully crafted pastries. The quality of the ingredients really stands out, and each bite was delicious. The staff was warm, welcoming, and provided excellent service, making the visit even more enjoyable. The cozy atmosphere makes it the perfect place to relax with a coffee and a pastry. I highly recommend this bakery to anyone looking for authentic French treats and a great overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I frequently visit Marie Blachère, so I have a pretty good benchmark when it comes to bakeries. Yet this place keeps impressing me. The quality is exceptional, the baguettes, the tartines, the ingredients, even the house-made lemonade. Breakfast here feels more like New York than Miami. One of the few places where the quality consistently exceeds expectations.

I had a very disappointing experience with the management. I ordered a salmon toast with Bettina, but I received an avocado toast instead. I immediately asked if it could be corrected and offered to pay any price difference. The manager refused, saying there was no price difference between the two items but that changing the order would cause him to “lose money,” so I would need to pay for a completely new dish. I returned the avocado toast since I didn’t order it and requested a refund. At that point, I was told I should “pay more attention when placing orders” and that I was “wasting time,” which I found very unprofessional and disrespectful. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and not the level of service I would expect.

We recently moved into the neighborhood and had been looking forward to trying this bakery. We finally stopped by last Sunday and ordered the ham and cheese croissant along with the egg omelette. The food was good overall—though a touch more seasoning would have elevated the flavors. The service was pleasant and welcoming, and both the seating area and floors were clean and well maintained. It’s a charming spot and a wonderful addition to the community.

I recently visited Marie for the first time and was impressed by its cozy and inviting atmosphere. The location is excellent, and there's plenty of seating available, making it a great spot for families. The display of sandwiches, pastries, and other treats is absolutely beautiful and very tempting. I found the prices to be quite reasonable for the quality and presentation. While the croissants were a bit underwhelming, I enjoyed the subs, which come in a nice variety of flavors. The sweets are also quite good and definitely worth trying. Overall, Marie Bajeot is a great spot that I would recommend checking out.
